When
you need a robust tubing clamp for large diameter or thick wall tubing,
the HWC (Heavy-Wall-Clamp)
is the best choice. Whether you are looking for a single-use or reusable tubing clamp the HWC is a perfect fit. The clamp is molded in a USP Class VI- ADCF resin. The HWC is compatible with steam, irradiation, and ETO sterilization. The clamp features a single Cam-Lever to seal any flexible tubing up to ¼” thick wall sections. Reinforced or multi-layer tubing are easily sealed off with the HWC. The HWC features a cable tie lockout system to ensure a tamper proof seal. The HWC is supplied in two sizes HWC-WG for 1/16”-1/8” wall tubing and HWC-RG for 1/8” – 1/4” wall tubing. The tubing clamp will accommodate up to 2” OD tubing with a ¼” wall section.
